From the earliest days of Judi C, our live performances seem to be the place where the experience of the band is complete and everything clicks. We thrive in the chaos we can create, and the excitement we can generate with our audiences is a manifestation of the energy we try to embed in our music.

This live document from April 23, 2014 is one of the best we've encountered in terms of capturing a little bit of that energy- you get a sense of spontaneity, and the fun we are all having on that particular night in that particular room.

The room in question is Atlanta's Star Bar, a venue we adore, and it's appropriate our live album should have been captured in this hallowed space. Our thanks and love go to all at the Star Bar, and to the countless other folks who've supported us and danced with us over the years.

Also of note, there are two songs in this set that haven't (yet) been released anywhere.
